Oil Thick™ Transparent creates a clear, solid, easy-to-use, high-thickness, oil-gel texture that can be used with all types of oil (including emollients ).

Differences between different types of oil gelling agents (Oil Gelling Agent / Oil Gellant)
- Sugar Gel provides a soft and clear gel-like texture. The formula must contain 10% water. It is suitable for gel formulas that can contain a small amount of water. It cannot be used with Silicone.
- Oil Thick™ Soft provides a soft, translucent (not 100% clear) oil gel texture, ideal for cream formulas . Can be used with Silicone.
- Oil Thick™ Hard provides a semi-solid, translucent (not 100% clear) oil gel texture. Ideal for balms and pressed powders, it provides a semi-solid texture and can be used with Silicone.
- Oil Thick™ Transparent provides a clear oil gel texture with high viscosity.
- Silicone Thick™ provides thickening in cyclopentasiloxane silicone.
- Oil Stick™ Medium provides a gel -textured oil, ranging from hard (1-2%) to very hard (4%). It can provide a clear texture, suitable for stick formulas such as lip stick, deodorant stick (should be used with Oil Stick™ Hard for a clear texture). Can be used with Silicone (but will not provide a clear texture).
- Oil Stick™ Hard Provides an oil gel texture with a hard texture (1-2%) to very hard texture (4%). Can give a clear texture, suitable for stick formulas such as lip stick, deodorant stick (should be used together with Oil Stick™ Hard to give a clear texture) Can be used with Silicone (but will not give a clear texture)
- Oil Thick™ Clear S , Oil Thick™ Clear N , Oil Thick™ Clear P provide a clear oil gel texture in almost all types of oils and LipidSoft™ is easy to use and cannot be used with Silicone.
- Oil-Fix™ O gives clear oil texture. For all polar oils and all glycols.
- Oil-Fix™ S provides a clear oil for all types of silicone and non-polar oils.
- Oil-Fix™ W provides clear oil for all types of oils, both polar and non-polar.
Uses: As a thickening (gelling) agent for oils in any formulation.
How to mix: Mix in oil or hydrocarbons ( isodecane , isohexadecane ) or any LipidSoft using heat at 90 degrees (depending on the type of oil, some require high heat, some use low heat, but heat until the Oil Thick™ powder is completely dissolved).
Usage rate: 0.1-10% (higher usage may cause the formula to thicken)
Product appearance: white powder
Solubility: Can be dissolved in any type of oil.
Storage: Can be stored at room temperature, but close the bottle tightly and keep away from sunlight or heat. The product has a shelf life of at least 2 years.
