Water-in-oil emulsion description

Usually, skin care creams or gels are made from an oil-in-water emulsion or encapsulation of the oil with water.

The left picture is oil-in-water emulsion, the right picture is water-in-oil emulsion.

The highlight of the oil-in-water emulsion, which is used as a cream or gel in the skin, is more than 95% of all products, it is non-greasy, easily absorbed by the skin. Does not coat the skin well. Due to the nature of the product is coated with water When applied to the skin It gives a feeling that water is applied to the surface. It is also not waterproof. Since the formula is coated with water, it will be rinsed off immediately. It is also not suitable for make-up formulas such as BB Cream as it cannot spread powder and foundation evenly on the skin. This is because the pigment is usually oil-soluble. When present in an oil-in-water base, it does not spread well both in formulas and on the skin.

The advantage of water-in-oil emulsion is that it can be a good coating. Ideal for dry, severely dehydrated skin and needs a coating so that it doesn't lose water easily. They are ideal for use as a night cream, night serum, or as a moisturizer in dry weather, cool weather or in air-conditioned rooms. The key feature of this water-in-oil is its waterproof ability. And durability on the skin Because the formula is coated with oil Therefore it is durable and stays on the skin for a long time And can be waterproof It is ideal for both make-up and sunscreen formulas. Which requires durability And cover (spread easily and evenly) on the skin

More instructions for use:
