Adenosine Triphosphate (Adenosine 5'-Triphsphase Disodium Salt) has been shown in experimental studies to be effective in anti-wrinkle and wound healing.

Adenosine is an important part of skin cell function. As we age, the amount of adenosine in the skin decreases, causing the skin to wrinkle (aging) and become sluggish. Providing adenosine to the skin is like providing energy for the skin to be able to continuously and efficiently repair itself. [Please see the research and experimental details: A. Role of Extracellular Adenosine Triphosphate in Human Skin B. Evaluation of anti-wrinkle efficacy of adenosine-containing products ]

The company sells two types of adenosine.

1. Adenosine Triphosphate is available in powder form, suitable for any formulation with a pH range of 6.8-7.4 or in powder form.

2. Pure-Adenosine™ is available in powder form and is suitable for cream or gel formulations. The formulation should have a pH range of 3.5-6.5.

Usage: For wrinkle reduction products, available in gel, serum, lotion, cream or powder form (please check the pH limitations of the formula).

Mixing method: Dissolve in water with pH in the range of 6.8-7.4 or mix to disperse in the flour.
