ActiveProtec™ OX contains antioxidants. High performance, various types, acts to prevent free radicals (oxidation) of ingredients.
From the test it was found that ActiveProtec™ OX provides good protection against discoloration in the following formulations:
1. Hair removal formula (Depilatory) containing ingredients in the group thioglycolate (eg Calcium Thioglycolate ), which often has discoloration problems.
2. Whitening formulas that use Arbutin group ingredients ( Alpha Arbutin ) and the Resorcinol group ( Sym-White , Activated Resorcinol ) and the Vitamin C group all kinds
ActiveProtec™ OX is electrolyte. In non-electrolyte resistant formulations, formulations may need to be adapted to accommodate this. ActiveProtec™ OX
ActiveProtec™ OX is acid resistant at a pH below 4. The formulation must only be above a pH 4.
Use: For mixing in any formulation who want to protect the formula from quality deterioration caused by free radicals
How to mix: mix in water
Utilization rate: 0.1-1.0%
Product characteristics: White powder, with a slight odor (can be used Odor-Kill at the same rate, e.g. 1%:1% in the formula to help deodorize ActiveProtec OX)
Solubility: can dissolve in water can withstand heat can use heat to help melt faster
Storage: can be stored at room temperature But close the bottle cap tightly. Then completely covered from sunlight or heat, the product is at least 2 years old.
