Natamycin is a natural preservative. Obtained by incubation of Streptomyces natalensis bacteria.
Believe control effect Yeast (Yeast) and Mold (mold) is good, but susceptible to bacteria. Therefore popularly used in conjunction with Nisin Which has a good bacteria control effect
Use in formulations to act as preservatives Can be claimed as Preservative-free because Nisin Not on the list of preservatives set by the FDA
Usage: For all kinds of products To protect
Mixing method: Soluble in water (maximum water solubility about 0.4%), effective in the pH range 4-7, should be used in conjunction with Nisin To make it broad-spectrum preservative
Rate of use: 0.1-0.4%
Product characteristics: Light color powder
Solubility: Can dissolve in water (Check the dissolution rate)
Storage: Can be stored at room temperature But close the bottle tightly And sealed from direct sunlight or heat, the product is at least 2 years old
