Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride is an emollient ester that moisturizes the skin and is non-greasy.
It is a triglyceride of saturated fatty acids, fatty acids C8 – C10, commonly used as an agent to nourish and soften the skin. Reduces water loss, helping the skin retain moisture well.
Commonly used in cosmetic product development formulas. The molecular structure of Caprylic/Capric Triglyceride can be quickly absorbed into the skin.
