Oilsify 15 (PEG-20 Glyceryl Triisostearate) Oil-emulsifier Specially designed to be used in cleansing oils, it is highly effective in catching make-up stuck on the skin out of the water.

Oilsify 15 does not irritate the eyes. It can therefore be used in eye makeup remover formulas as well.

Make-up Cleanser formula format:

1. Cleasing Water: Consists of using Coco-Wash + Make-Up Wash or one mixed with water

2. Cleasing Oil: Consists of using Oilsify 15 or Oilsify 30 + any kind of oil

Example of Cleansing Oil formula:

Oilsify 15 15%

LipidSoft™ Palm 84.8%

Phenoxyethanol 0.2%

Mixing process: can be mixed together in one step.

(The formula can be transformed into Cleansing Oil Cream/Gel by using Oil Thick™ Soft (Creating oil gel / Oil Gellant / Soft texture) 5% )

Examples of Microemulsion Cleanser formulas:

Oilsify 15 30%

any oil 50%

Water 10%

Butylene Glycol 10%

Mixing procedure: Mix Oilsify 15 with any oil first. When combined well, add Butylene Glycol, then add water.

The resulting microemulsion formulation required a clear semi-opaque liquid.

A Microemulsion Cleanser can provide better cleaning performance than other makeup removers (including the Cleansing Oil formula in the example above), but requires a higher rate of Oilsify 15 than other formulations.

How to use the Cleansing Oil according to the recipe above:

Massage Cleansing Oil onto dry face thoroughly --> massage water onto skin --> rinse.

can use Butylene Glycol in the formula to reduce the cost of oil by Butylene Glycol Can help clean makeup similarly well (substitute some of the oil in the recipe)

Use: Can be used in all types of Cleansing Oil products.

Mixing method: mixed in the oil-phase

Usage rate: 5-20% recommend 10-15%

Product characteristics: Semi-water-semi-oily liquid, pale yellow, if stored in a cool place, will thicken.

Solubility:   can dissolve in oil (Should choose non-polar oil) and water
