Satin Cream Maker™ It is an emulsifier and thickener that can work without heat. Can be used in the pH range between 3-12 and can contain up to 25% oil. Easy to use, just mix in water-phase and stir a little. and then can add parts of the oil together Then continuous stirring will get a creamy texture.

 

The resulting cream is pearly white. It has a soft and smooth texture.


Satin Cream Maker™ is electrolyte resistant and more oil binding than Light Cream Maker.  ™ is suitable for formulas that require a lot of oil (should not exceed 25% of the formula). 

 

Ingredient example and procedure of use Satin Cream Maker ™  Create a cream for dry skin.

1.Water 71%

2.Shea Butter Ultra Soft 5%

3.Sweet Almond Oil 5%

4.Vitamin B5 3%

5.MOIST72 3%

A: Mix all parts of water together (1+4+5+6+7) and stir until dissolved.

B: Mix the oil parts (2+3) together and heat about 50 degrees to allow the Shea Butter to melt into the other oils.

lead Satin Cream Maker ™  Add to A, stir well and mix A+B together, stir continuously. You will get a creamy texture in 1-10 minutes.

 

Customization:

- If you want the cream to thicken, use Satin Cream Maker ™  In a larger ratio (1.5%, 2.0%)

- If you want the cream to have a more gooey texture To increase the proportion of oil up to a maximum of 25% of the formula.

- If you want to use oil in the recipe in quantities greater than 25% can be used Milk Lotion Maker helps to coordinate the meat to increase the stability of the formula.  (Requires heat in the mixing process)



Satin Cream Maker ™ Silicones can be bonded with (water-silicone or water-silicone-oil) silicone should not exceed 20% of the formulation. Cyclomethicone 

 

Use: As an emulsifier or thickener in creams, lotions, serums or gels.

Mixing method: Mix in water-phase, see details above should not be over-spinned 2500 rpm This will damage the polymer and weaken the formula. 

Usage rate: 0.1-3.0% (choose according to the amount of oil to be soldered and the desired viscosity, recommended 1-1.5%, can be added to increase the viscosity)

Product characteristics: white powder

Solubility: dispersed in water

Storage: can be stored at room temperature But close the lid of the bottle tightly. Then completely protected from sunlight or heat, do not expose to moisture. (Please store in an envelope that comes with a moisture-proof envelope). The product has a shelf life of at least 2 years. *In case of exposure to moisture. The substance will coagulate. which can still be used But it will take much longer to blend or stir to dissolve*
