Satin Cream Maker™ is a heat-free emulsifier and thickener that works over a pH range of 3-12 and can contain up to 25% oil. It is easy to use - simply mix into the water-phase, give a little stir, then add the oil phase and continue to mix to create a cream.

The resulting cream is pearl white in color, has a soft and smooth texture, and has the special feature of absorbing all the bubbles in the formula, making it suitable for use in formulas with high bubble content. When using Satin Cream Maker, all the bubbles disappear without the need for vacuum production, which often results in high costs.

Satin Cream Maker™ is electrolyte resistant and has higher oil binding capacity than Light Cream Maker ™. It is suitable for formulas that require a high oil content (no more than 25% of formula).

step

A: Mix all water ingredients together (1+4+5+6+7), stir until dissolved.

B: Mix the oils together (2+3) and heat to about 50 degrees Celsius to melt the Shea Butter into the other oils.

Add Satin Cream Maker to A, mix well and mix A+B together, mix continuously, you will get creamy texture in 1-10 minutes.

Customization:

-If thicker cream is desired, use a larger percentage of Satin Cream Maker (1.5%, 2.0%).

-If you want the cream to have a more viscous texture, you can increase the proportion of oil to a maximum of 25% of the formula.

-If you want to use oil in the formula in an amount higher than 25%, you can choose to use Milk Lotion Maker to help bind the texture to increase the stability of the formula (heat must be used in the mixing process).

Satin Cream Maker ™ can be co-mingled with silicones (water-silicone or water-silicone-oil). Silicones should not exceed 20% of the formula. Examples of silicones used to enhance smoothness in formulas include Cyclomethicone.

Uses: As an emulsifier or thickener in creams, lotions, serums or gels.

Mixing method: Mix in water-phase. Please see details above . Do not mix more than 2500 rpm as this will damage the polymer and weaken the formula.

Usage rate: 0.1-3.0% (select according to the amount of oil to be mixed and the desired viscosity. Recommended 1-1.5% can be added to increase viscosity)

Product appearance: white powder

Dissolving: Dispersible in water
