Fluid Extreme Sunscreen (Ultra High/Broad Protection)
How can we get the highest sun protection efficiency like never before, while still being suitable for everyday use, not sticky, and still having a pleasant texture?
This product was developed to test the efficacy of AquaForce™ EHT, AquaForce™ AVO and AquaForce™ DMTS to prove how high the sunscreen value of AquaForce™ is.
Key ingredients of the formula:
A water-based sunscreen with 35% coverage that still feels light on the skin, is non-sticky, and provides very high sun protection:
AquaForce™ EHT 16.5%
AquaForce™ AVO 10%
Contains 6% oil-soluble sunscreen agents, which keeps the formula lightweight but provides a very high level of sun protection when used with AquaForce™.
BEMT (Bis-Ethylhexyloxyphenol Methoxyphenyl Triazine, Bemotrizinol, eq Tinosorb S) 2.5%
Avobenzone (Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane) 2.5%
DHHB (Diethylamino Hydroxybenzoyl Hexyl Benzoate, eq. Uvinul A Plus) 1%
This recipe uses Spray Maker 3% + Polysorbate 80 + Sorbitan Oleate as the main emulsifier in the recipe.
Measure SPF/UVAPF/PA values in any location, any method, any format, whether in-vivo, in-vitro, providing sun protection levels that are not possible in formulas that do not use AquaForce™.
Sunscreen measurement results in both the company lab and the research institute's UV-2000S:
Notes on sunscreen products that use AquaForce™ as a UV protection agent are:
1. Provides broad-spectrum sun protection that is not generally available. If you look at the graph, you will see that the UVA value is very high (UVAPF calculated from this formula is UVAPF 195.87), while in the past PA standards, only UVAPF greater than 16 was specified, giving PA++++, indicating a level that the PA value could not explain, because in the past, just UVAPF greater than 16 was considered to provide very high UVA protection.
2. No sticky feeling on the skin even though the sunscreen level is very high.
3. Can easily make liquid texture.
This product is sold as a raw material. In case you want to sell it as a finished product, you must submit the documents received from the company to the FDA before selling it as a finished product.
