Cera-Flux Vegan (Water Dispersible Ceramide Complex, 3 Types, Vegan) is a water‑dispersible ceramide complex built with three ceramide types (NP/AP/EOP) in a vegan carrier system for barrier repair and moisturization.
The system uses hydrogenated lecithin and phytosteryl/octyldodecyl lauroyl glutamate with phytosterols (plant‑derived) to mimic the lamellar structure without animal‑derived cholesterol.
White liquid; readily disperses into the aqueous phase and glycols. Heat‑tolerant up to ~80 °C for processing in emulsions and gels.
Usage: Moisturizers, barrier‑repair serums/lotions, sensitive and dry‑skin care, anti‑aging.
Mixing method: - Add in the final step to the aqueous phase or emulsion during cool‑down; can process up to ~80 °C if needed. - Pre‑disperse in water/glycerin for easy incorporation; avoid strong alkaline endpoints.
Usage rate: 1–15% (typical ~5%)
