Pure-Bakuchiol™ (Natural Retinol, 99% Pure) The extract is derived from the seeds of Psoralea corylifolia, also known as Babchi, with a purity of over 99% Bakuchiol.

 

Currently, in-vivo results have confirmed that Bakuchiol can behave similarly to Retinol But there is a highlight. does not irritate the skin

 

How it works Bakuchiol:

- modulates retinoid-binding / metabolizing genes (please check the image in Table I below)

- improve dermal and dermo-epidermal junction genes/proteins


- stimulate collagen I, III and IV stimulate the skin to synthesize collagen 1,3,5

- stimulate hyaluran synthase (HAS3) to maintain hyaluronic acid to a good level



- broad-spectrum radical and non-radical quencher, inhibit lipid peroxidation (can be combined with retinaldehyde by Bakuchiol can also help stabilize the retinal to make it more stable. or to increase the stability of other ingredients that is easily deteriorated in the formulation to be more stable as well. For example, add to natural oils to help extend the life of natural oils)

- reduce sebum production, control bacteria over-population, reduce pro-inflammatory targets, control hyperkeratinization can be used in conjunction with salicylic acid to help control acne breakouts

Mixing Instructions Please read carefully. For maximum efficiency:

Bakuchiol has a problem with metal irons, so a chalating agent should be added. disodium EDTA 0.1% or  Phytic Acid to help capture any charge contained in the formula in order to keep Bakuchiol as stable as possible.

- If the formula contains water as an element The pH must be adjusted below 6.5 (ideally in the range of 3.5-6.5). Bakuchiol can deteriorate. 

- finished product It should be kept in a sealed, opaque and airtight container. If the formula needs to be displayed in a clear container, add UV protection. For example: Protect™ UV or ActiveProtec™

 

Use: for wrinkle products
