Instructions for using Nano Silver Solution (2000ppm) in place of any preservative in the formula.

Nano Silver Solution (2000ppm) is effective in controlling germs in cosmetic formulations. It is used at least at a concentration of 2% (or 40ppm in the formulation) and is soluble in all formulations.

The company sells 4 types of Nano Silver.

1. 20nm Silver Pure™ In the form of thick cream (INCI: Silver) contains 2400ppm Nano Silver, particle size 20nm (nm).

2. Silver "ionic" Solution It is a clear, colorless liquid containing Silver (as silver salt) at a concentration of 2000ppm (INCI: Silver Citrate, Citric Acid ) can be dissolved in water Suitable for acidic formulations (pH 3-7).

3. Nano Silver "colloidal" Solution It is a clear yellow liquid with 2000ppm Nano Silver (INCI: Colloidal Silver) can be suspended in water. Particle size 1-25nm (nm). Suitable for neutral or alkaline formulations (pH 7-12).

4. Nano Silver Powder in powder form (INCI: Silver) Contains Nano Silver, 99.9% concentration Particle size 20nm (nm)

Instructions for using each type of Nano Silver

- Silver "ionic" solution or silver in liquid form, effective disinfection at a level equivalent to Nano Silver "colloidal" solution The two types of Silver have the highest disinfection efficiency. (at the same concentration rate) compared to other types of silver, the use rate of 0.3% is sufficient to kill all types of disinfectants in a short time.

- Silver "ionic" solution It is a clear, colorless liquid, but Nano Silver "colloidal" solution It is a clear, dark yellow liquid.

- Silver "ionic" solution have lower stability Nano Silver "colloidal" solution By product used Silver "ionic" solution Must protect from light Do not pack in transparent packaging. and avoid high heat

This makes it convenient to use in all kinds of products. This is especially true for products that cannot use other forms of Silver as they may cause instability.

- 20nm Silver Pure is Nano Silver Powder Selected at 20nm and completely dispersed in a Polyethylene Glycol base for effective action. because if using powder Nano Silver Powder In general formulas, special tools are required. in dispersion, so that the Nano Silver powder is completely dispersed.
