LC Cream Maker or Liquid Crystal Cream Maker is an oil in water emulsifier that can create a Liquid Crystal structure for the formula.

Liquid Crystal is an emulsion structure that is similar to the water/fat structure under our skin, allowing it to penetrate into the skin well. Reduce irritation that is likely to occur in other emulsion forms and also helps to add moisture to the skin with the emulsifier (LC Cream Maker) itself.

LC Cream Maker is also commonly used in skin care formulas around the eyes. Because it is a kind of cream maker that does not irritate the eyes when it gets into the eyes (although other ingredients in the formula can also affect eye irritation In the case of being used to make eye cream, other components in the formula must be considered as well, so that all items do not irritate the eyes).

Image of liquid crystal structure obtained from LC Cream Maker at 2% rate, temperature range 75-85 degrees.

LC Cream Maker should be used in conjunction with any type of Xanthan Gum or Carbomer or Gel Maker to help stabilize the formulation.

Steps for using LC Cream Maker to create a Liquid Crystal structure in the formula

1. Heat the water part to 80 degrees, then add the LC Cream Maker and blend until it is mixed with the water part. (will look like a milky white lotion)

2. Add any kind of Gel Maker (as recommended above) and blend until it blends into the formula and reaches the desired viscosity. This step still needs to be heated to 75-80 degrees for preparation. emulsify oil to water in the next step

3. Emulsify the oil to the water. By gradually adding the heated oil portion 75-80 degrees into the formula while spinning the speed at least 1000 rpm continually

4. Spin at low speed Until the recipe has cooled down to no more than 40 degrees, then add ingredients that can not withstand heat into the recipe, continue to blend until melted together.

Use: It is a cream binder (emulsifier).

How to mix: Please see instructions above.

Utilization rate: 2-4% depending on the proportion of oil in the formula by coordinating oil up to 30%

Product characteristics: light colored flake powder

Solubility: can be dispersed in water/oil

Storage: can be stored at room temperature But close the bottle cap tightly. Then completely covered from sunlight or heat, the product is at least 2 years old.
