Hyaluronic Acid (Japan)
Japanese Sodium Hyaluronate powder for clear premium hydrating gels and serums, with easy water dissolution and refined skin feel.
Hyaluronic Acid (Japan) is a Japanese sodium hyaluronate powder for premium water-based cosmetic formulas.
This grade is selected for easy water dissolution, very clear gel appearance and a refined skin feel compared with routine sodium hyaluronate powders.
It is suitable when clarity, processing ease and Japanese quasi-drug ingredient standard positioning are important.
Product Description: The material is produced by Streptococcus zooepidemicus fermentation and meets JSQI (Japanese Standard of Quasi-Drug Ingredients) style quality positioning. The old processing note that it can be stirred by hand until clear in about 15 minutes is kept as practical formulation guidance.
This grade has a narrower pH character around 6-7 and gives very clear solution/gel appearance with transmission above 98%. Use it when a formula needs clean transparency and a premium hydrated skin feel.
Usage: Suitable for clear hydrating gels, serums, essences, lotions, creams, sheet-mask serum and Japanese-style hyaluron gel products.
Mixing method:
- Disperse into room-temperature water and mix until fully clear. Small batches may be stirred by hand, but mechanical mixing is faster and more consistent.
- Avoid adding the powder as a lump. Sprinkle gradually into moving water.
- Keep final formula around mildly acidic to neutral pH; this grade is best around pH 6-7.
Usage rate: 0.1-1.0%.
Product characteristics: White to pale yellow powder with slight characteristic odor.
Solubility: Water soluble; dissolves more easily than many routine HA powders.
Storage: Keep tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from heat and sunlight.
